Moving homes can be a stressful experience and it has been made worse by the outbreak of Covid-19. I support the latest Government advice for estate and letting agents, conveyancing companies and removal firms to operate, as this will help people carry on with their lives.
I think it is important to support businesses at this time, which is why I am encouraged that most estate and letting agents will pay no business rates in 2020-21 and are eligible for a series of cash grants to help during financial instability.
I hope that now restrictions have been eased the market will start moving again quickly.
