Happy St George’s Day! I was at the parade in Belper on Sunday 21st April with Scout leaders and the crowds watching all the uniformed marchers including scouts and guides right down to brownies, cubs and rainbows.

It was a pleasure to meet with members of the team at Asda Spondon this week to discuss their apprenticeship scheme. Asda has 500 apprentices across the UK, and I met four of them in Spondon all at different stages of their careers.
